Creating An Account

DO I NEED ONE?

It’s not required, but creating an account with GTS is quick and easy and will allow you to move through the checkout process more quickly. You’ll also immediately receive reward points inside your account dashboard to be used towards your first purchase (protip: joining our email list gets you an additional 15% off). Within your account dashboard you’ll be able to store multiple shipping addresses, access your order history and track packages. To create an account, go here.

Payment & Privacy

IS IT SAFE TO PAY ONLINE?

We accept all major credit cards and use a secure payment gateway to protect your private information. For your safety, we don’t store any of your credit card information.

WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE PROCESSED?

Payment is processed as soon as you receive your ‘Order Confirmation’ email after completing an online checkout.

Price Adjustments

DO YOU DO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

We offer price adjustments within 3 days of the purchase date. For example, if you buy a pair of our Perfect Fit Yoga Pants at regular price and they go on sale 2 days later, we’ll refund you the difference.

Product Education

WHERE DOES YOUR CLOTHING COME FROM?

We’re lucky enough to be only a couple hours from NYC and are constantly on the lookout for higher quality fabrics. Most of our fabric is sourced from the city, but 100% of the materials we use in our clothing are made in the USA. Every new product we release is designed and produced in our Upstate NY design lab.

Quality is a top priority for us and we stand by our work. If you feel a product is defective upon receiving your order we will happily replace it no questions asked. We’re always working to improve our technical skills to bring you a consistent flow of new favorites.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We take pride in the fact that we handle everything from design to production to shipping all under one roof. We’re working day in and day out to improve the quality of our clothing and want to make sure you’re happy with every experience you have with our brand. If you feel that anything you receive from us is defective or poor quality, send an email to theteam@gtsclothing.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All online orders are eligible for returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All return shipping fees are on us, and after the 15 day window, items may only be returned for store credit in the form of discount points added to your GTS account dashboard. We don’t store your payment data for long, so refund cases that arise after 60 days of the purchase date will be refunded by alternate methods.

All returns are subject to inspection. If your returned item(s) are worn or damaged and we’re unable to refund you, you have the option to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your own expense.

Shipping & Tracking

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Incoming orders are currently taking about 2 weeks to ship out. Since all of our clothing is made to order under one roof here in the US we’ve been rapidly expanding our team of sewers to be able to produce more clothing each day. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, producing clothing like this allows us to maintain close to zero waste and create clothing start to finish in the same building all other GTS operations take place. New orders are added to our production queue and work their way up as older orders ship. Progress updates are sent as they advance through the queue, and once your order is ready for production you’ll get updates as we cut, sew, inspect and ship. Keep in mind, orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on when they finish.

Packages are delivered Monday – Saturday through USPS with the exception of national holidays. All domestic packages are shipped using 1-3 Day Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. International packages vary by country.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we process your order to be shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information for USPS. If email isn’t your thing, you can view all of your order history and tracking numbers in your ‘Account’ dashboard. If you have your order number handy you can track your order on our website right here.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping within the US is always free with any order over $100. Orders under $100 have a $9 flat rate shipping charge. Pricing for International Shipments vary and all available options are shown on the Cart page during Checkout.
