Promotions & Discounts

We enjoy giving our customers discounts and specials on our products.  Even though we may have multiple specials active at the same time, only one discount per order can be applied.

If there is an in-cart promo applied you have the option to use that or a discount code instead.  We do not allow both to be used together.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Discount codes do not apply to Sale items.

What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping within the US is always free with any order over $150. Orders under $150 have a $9 flat rate shipping charge. Pricing for International Shipments vary and all available options are shown on the Cart page during Checkout.

Packages are delivered Monday – Saturday through USPS with the exception of national holidays. All domestic packages are shipped using 1-3 Day Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. International packages vary by country.

Order Processing

Made to order, specially for you.

We do things differently. While most clothing brands produce overseas or manufacture in bulk and store in big warehouses, we take a different approach. Each item that leaves our Upstate NY facility is cut & sewn after you order.

Can I update my Shipping Address?

For any changes to shipping addresses, please Submit a Request or message our team using the following format:

Please try to reach out to our team as soon as possible so any changes can be made before shipment.

When will my order ship?

After new orders are successfully placed through GTSclothing.com, they're immediately added to our production queue. Depending on volume, new orders enter the cutting & sewing phases of production within 24 hours of being received. Once your clothing is in the works it's packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Order details can be viewed in your GTS account dashboard.

If you haven't received an email update from us in a while, please don't hesitate to email theteam@gtsclothing.com.

How do I track the shipment of my order?

Once we've made your clothing, looked it over, and packaged it up, we'll print your shipping label and email you tracking info with a link to check the progress of your order. You can track that number through USPS.com or on our website in the order history section of your GTS account dashboard.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Due to the frequency of our promotions and specials, we do not offer price adjustments.

Product

How do I care for my garment?

Machine-wash with all-purpose detergent. Do not wash with abrasive products such as towels or velcro.  To prolong the life span of your product we recommend to hang-dry.  Hot dryers will break down the synthetic fibers over time.  If using a dryer is necessary we recommend tumble-dry low. Most synthetic fabrics produce static and may permanently wrinkle in a hot dryer.  Use fabric softener to curb static.

Where is your clothing made?

Each item we sell is designed, cut, sewn, packaged, and shipped under one roof in Upstate New York. Our headquarters functions as a creative space for us to bring activewear to life every day. Keeping everything in-house allows us to be quick on our feet, carry low inventory and minimal waste, and take ideas to finished products in hours, instead of months.

Can we collaborate?

Short answer - YES. We know everyone's journey is unique and so is each collaboration. We treat each one individually, so please submit a request or message our team using the message box at the bottom of the screen. Be sure to include your social handles, website, current state of residence and any other important details.

Do you offer instructor discounts?

We don't currently offer exclusive discounts for instructors, but our Ambassador program is a hassle-free way of maintaining steady discounts on all orders. If you're on our email list, we're always running awesome promotions and sales to help you keep your wardrobe fresh.
